Pune: Persistent Systems (BSE & NSE: PERSISTENT) today announced its audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, registering consolidated revenue of $1,409.1 million, a robust 18.8% year-on-year growth.
In Indian rupees, the revenue stood at ₹119,387.2 million, reflecting a 21.6% increase. The company maintained strong profitability, reporting an EBIT margin of 14.7% and PAT growth of 28.0% over the previous year.
For Q4FY25, Persistent reported revenue of $375.2 million, up 4.2% sequentially and 20.7% year-on-year, with an EBIT margin of 15.6%. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹15 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to ₹35 in line with the company’s 35th anniversary.
Persistent Systems also announced the appointment of Vinit Teredesai, Chief Financial Officer, as an Additional Director on the company’s Board.

Order Bookings Reported by Persistent Systems
Persistent Systems reported order bookings of $517.5 million in Total Contract Value (TCV) and $350.2 million in Annual Contract Value (ACV) for Q4FY25. Key wins spanned sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, and software, including AI-powered analytics platforms, cloud modernization projects, and cybersecurity solutions.
